Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During collection launches, sales periods, or high-demand drops, processing times may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, or external delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number (if available), so you can follow your package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. KEEN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, KEEN is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address details, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
